Your Stay

Discover a home away from home during treatment, and what it means to be part of “The ProstRcision Family.”

If you’ve decided on ProstRcision but are worried about the cost of traveling to Atlanta for treatment, we understand. That is why we do all we can to make your stay as enjoyable and as affordable as possible. Remember, tens of thousands of men and their loved ones have traveled here for treatment, and often form a close bond with other families due to our many activities and resources available.

Free Educational and Social Events

Each Tuesday evening, patients and their spouses gather for a catered dinner followed by a presentation given by one of our physicians. In fact, many former patients also attend to share more about their experience. At the lecture, you will become more informed about prostate cancer and our treatment process. Every lecture is followed by a Q&A session with the physician. We also offer the opportunity for guided tours of Atlanta to enjoy local sites and make the most out of your stay.

Opportunity for Discounted
or Free Lodging

We have negotiated a lower rate with some local hotels. Also, you may be eligible to stay at The American Cancer Society’s Winn Dixie Hope Lodge for free while receiving your treatment. The Winn Dixie Hope Lodge offers private, spacious suites for couples. It is located about ten minutes from our main clinic, and transportation can be arranged at no charge. Learn more about Hope Lodge by watching the video on the left.

Spiritual Support

Many of our patients have found comfort and strength thanks to the ministry of Bill and Margaret Frisbee. Bill is a retired minister and a former patient. They have offered our patients an important spiritual and social outlet for years. The Frisbees host bi-monthly dinners at their home and organize other dinners at local restaurants. There is also a Prostate Wives Club that meets once a month.
